This would be...

the 3rd concert i am attending this year. FYI, its the James Morrison, Rick Price and Dayang Nurfaizah Acoustic Live and Loud Concert. And honestly, its the best of all 3 !

Me and Dee Lern decided to leave work a little earlier yesterday so that we could go earlier to KLCC to hang out and collect our tickets earlier. We reach there at about 5.30pm and started walking around aimlessly. Suddenly when we walked past San Francisco Coffee, the smell of the freshly brewed coffee attracted our attention ( p/s : we are now officially coffee addicts) . So dee and i decided to take a break and try their mocha/chocolate marshmallow drink. My oh my, it was superb ! I have been to Starbucks a lot and to my opinion ( and also Dee Lern's ) San Francisco Coffee rocks !

So anyway, we reached the hall after having dinner with Dave ( he joined us much later). The hall was just nice. Not too big nor too small...just perfect for the concert. And again, i would say this is the only concert where the performing artist are so close to the audience !

Dayang Nurfaizah started the night off the night but the crowd was more hyped up for James and Rick. Hahahaha. Rick came on later and it was a good and brilliant performance by him. His voice was .....wow wie... ! But sadly, i didn't really know much of his songs except "Heaven Knows". Sorry Rick, you did a good job but i didn't do much of my homework on your songs.

James Morrison came on the stage at about 11pm after making us wait for nearly half an hour from the last performance. But he was full of live and the crowed enjoyed his jokes and performance. He did a few covers and it was good ! Although James performed "Pieces don't fit anymore", i still prefer the version on the album but i prefer the live performance of "You give me something..."

All in all, the night was wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better performance by them all. If there is a concert again like this again next year, i would definitely go. Anyone ?

Happy Birthday Joyce Chong

When you first entered the room, all the guys went "HOLY SHIT..." Well i wouldn't lie but i did go that way too.

You were just sitting there helping Raymond to arrange some things, take some pictures and became the radio DJ.

But when you suddenly played Dishwalla's Angels or Devils...I knew i had to speak to you !

And for my birthday, you gave me a cake. * so sweet *

I then found out you are a pretty darn cool chick. Much much cooler than that sell out chick Avril Lavinge. You make cool jokes, you have the same taste in music as i do, you appreciate the finer things in life and most of all, you are fun to hang out with !

We (Dee Lern, Ong and me) started hanging out and got to know you better.

To Miss Joyce Chong, happy birthday. It was a real pleasure to know you....its sad that you have to go to the States. But remember, get me some poop from there ok ?

Sunday : After sending Mr. Tan Jee Wei to the LCCT during lunch time, i went and attended my cousin's ( Melvin and Rachel's) first month old baby ceremony. Honestly speaking, i am not really into babies and all cause all those crying, pooping and peeing just scares me. I do not fancy holding babies in my arms. Some people dislike cockroaches, some dislike people who digs their nose in public and yes, i dislike holding babies. Its just a phobia in me that i had since young where i feel scared holding babies in my hands. Brrr...

Mr Tan and Mr Lau posing just before Mr Tan leaves. Jee Wei, you are always welcomed here anytime !

Anyway, I went alone as my SISTER FFK-ed me. Took a drive all the way to Kepong and surprisingly, i didn't lose my way there.*also thanks to Gan's direction*. I do not go Kepong often enough to know the roads well. ngek ngek ngek. It was nice to see my aunt, uncles and cousins there. I do not meet up with them often enough thus, meeting them once in a while give me a warm kinda feeling in ,e. .

Here is a picture of the baby. He looks like a red lobster ( i think all babies look like that when they are first born )
